รัฐมนตรีกระทรวงคลังกรีซ (The Greek Finance Minister) ประกาศว่า การเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎหมายโปรแกรมวีซ่าถาวรนักลงทุนกรีซ (Greece Golden Visa Increase) มีผลบังคับใช้ 31 สิงหาคม 2567 
ระบบใหม่มีให้เลือก 2 ช่องทาง กล่าวคือ :
• Tier 1 ลงทุน 800,000 EUR ในพื้นที่ต้องการซื้อสูง
• Tier 2 ลงทุน 400,000 EUR พื้นที่อื่นทั่วประเทศกรีซ

Starting August 31, 2024, Greece Golden Visa new rules require a minimum investment of €800,000 for major cities and €400,000 for other regions.

♦ Greece Residence by Investment Application Process 

The applicant chooses a preferred property and signs the Pre-sale agreement. The applicant then pays the 10% deposit.
